维也纳研究发现：女性也会患前列腺癌

前列腺疾病通常被认为是男性的专利，但奥地利科学家最新研究证实，女性也有前列腺，女性也可能患上前列腺癌。

　　奥地利维也纳医科大学的沃尔夫·迪特利希在报告中指出，他们在女性体内发现了前列腺，这是一种围绕着女性尿道的腺体。这些腺体位于女性尿道后部，具有同男性前列腺相似的医学特性。这些腺体在胚胎时期与男性前列腺同源，也受内分泌的影响与控制。

　　科学家对25名女子进行的检查数据显示，有14名女子的前列腺特异性抗原、碱性磷酸酶和雄激素受体等数据出现异常。在男性身上，这些数据异常就意味着前列腺可能出现病变。

　　科学家据此认为，女性也会出现前列腺问题，产生以排尿不适为主的一系列症状。女性同男性一样存在着前列腺肥大甚至癌变的可能。虽然女性患前列腺癌十分罕见，但并非绝无可能。这个道理就好比个别男性也会患乳腺癌一样。

我国居民平均健康寿命（非预期寿命）62.3岁

北京健康教育协会8月29日举行的“衰老与健康”高层学术论坛披露，在世界卫生组织公布的有关国家健康寿命（不是预期寿命）排名中，我国排第81位，国民平均健康寿命62.3岁，与排第1位的日本相差12.2岁。
与会专家报告称，健康寿命即寿命中拥有健康身体的年限。大量证据表明，当前影响国民寿命与健康寿命的头号敌人是心脑血管疾病。吸烟、过度饮酒、饮食不合理、久坐不运动、生活节奏紊乱等不良生活方式，均是导致心脑血管疾病的罪魁祸首。
　　未来10年谁会新罹患心脑血管病？专家给出了一把自测标尺——符合下列条件者，未来10年心脑血管病罹患风险在6%以上：男性40岁以上，伴2项危险因素；50岁以上，伴1项危险因素。女性50岁以上，伴2项危险因素；60岁以上，伴1项危险因素。这里所指的危险因素包括肥胖、高血脂、冠心病家族史、高血压、糖尿病、吸烟6项。

附注：预期寿命：人口平均预期寿命（英文：Life expectancy）是指假若当前的分年龄死亡率保持不变，同一时期出生的人预期能继续生存的平均年数。它以当前分年龄死亡率为基础计算，但实际上，死亡率是不断变化的，因此，平均预期寿命是一个假定的指标。 而本文所说的是实际寿命，是一个统计值而不是计算值。

人是素食动物？

很多养生资料都建议人们该吃素食，甚至某些所谓健康宣传资料直接告诉大家，人是素食动物，甚至还列出一些证据，诸如人的胃酸，酸度比较接近牛羊等草食动物，而与食肉类哺乳动物差异较大云云。我想说两个观点：第一上述论点是错误的。第二即便是从胃的解剖生理学上来说，人的胃更像猪肚而不是牛肚，众所周知，猪是杂食动物。

和人类有着共同祖先的黑猩猩是杂食动物。黑猩猩食物构成非常特殊，除了树叶、嫩枝、水果，还会摄取动物性蛋白，诸如白蚁。黑猩猩甚至会合作猎杀红疣猴，而且在他们的社会生活中，肉类是累积政治资本的最重要的通货。这些都是由人与黑猩猩那600万年前的共同祖先所遗传的。

事实上，人是不是天性是素食动物，也许用尝试更容易回答。人的胃更像猪肚而不是牛肚。因为猪杂食，牛草食。牛进化出复杂的胃，其中养了血多微生物，让植物纤维发酵、分解，因此对胃酸的依赖性与猪不同。如果人的身体是为素食设计的，胃怎么会和牛肚差距那么大。

人天性素食的说词反映的是高龄社会对健康问题的焦虑。19世纪末，即使是美国人，平均寿命也不超过40岁，而现在发达国家的平均寿命逼近80岁。在活到60岁时常态的情况下，我们对生命的期望都变了。过了50岁还想青春永驻似乎不再像追逐鬼火般的可笑和可怜。于是许多专家打出各种旗号贩卖抗衰老药方。“人天性素食”只是一套药方中的一个“论述”而已。

“银发族”创造了商机。优于他们的政治、经济社会，针对老化的生物医学研究也获得了大量赞助，可是生物医学能不能创造奇迹，抚慰高龄社会老化身体中的心灵，本身就是个问题。大众对生物医学赋予重任，出自错觉。因为现代医学最大的成就是控制了传统的传染病。而传统传染病的特征是：病原单一、症状单一、疗法单一。老化身体的健康问题，却以多因、多变，个别差异大的特征。生物医学家面临的困难，大概一气象预测做类比最为传神。

难怪有人返朴归真，以“预防医学”的名义，力主人是素食动物。既然诉求的听众都上了年龄，这可是立于不败之地的论述。
